Session Add-Ons

Targeted Techniques to Layer In

Enhance your session with specialized techniques that address specific conditions and extend the benefits of your treatment.

Buccal Massage for TMJ & Jaw Tension

15–20 minutes · $40

Buccal massage uses a combination of external and intra-oral (inside the mouth) techniques to access deep jaw muscles that are difficult to reach through traditional massage alone.

  • Relief from TMJ pain and jaw discomfort
  • Reduced clenching and teeth grinding
  • Improved jaw mobility and alignment
  • Decreased facial and neck tension
  • Enhanced relaxation and stress relief

Massage Cupping Therapy

30 minutes · $50

This technique helps release adhesions, increase blood flow, and support lymphatic drainage. Massage cupping can be used as a stand-alone treatment or integrated into a massage session for deeper therapeutic results.

  • Releases muscle and fascial restrictions
  • Improves circulation and lymphatic flow
  • Reduces pain and stiffness
  • Supports tissue recovery

Kinesio Taping

$25 add-on · $45 taping-only session

A therapeutic taping technique using elastic, medical-grade tape to support muscles and joints without restricting movement. Kinesio taping works by gently lifting the skin, which improves circulation, reduces inflammation, and provides sensory feedback to the nervous system, supporting pain relief, posture, and recovery. Tape can be worn for several days, extending the benefits of your session beyond the treatment room.

Eric Brown

Licensed Massage Therapist • Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher

With over 20 years of hands-on experience, Eric has developed a deeply intuitive approach to therapeutic bodywork. His ability to read the body's patterns of tension and compensation allows him to identify and address the root causes of pain, not just the symptoms you feel on the surface.

Eric's training spans a comprehensive range of modalities — Swedish, deep tissue, prenatal, trigger point therapy, myofascial release, cupping, and specialized buccal (TMJ) massage. He integrates these techniques within each session, adapting in real time to what your body needs.

As a Karuna Reiki Master/Teacher, Eric also brings an energetic awareness to his bodywork, creating sessions that address wellness on multiple levels.

Please Note: Eric is currently not accepting new clients. Existing clients may continue to book as usual.

Frequently Asked Questions

Wear whatever is comfortable. During your massage, you will undress to your comfort level and be properly draped with sheets at all times — only the area being worked on is ever exposed. Eric ensures your privacy and comfort throughout the entire session.

We ask for at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. This allows us to offer the time slot to another client. For questions about your appointment, call Eric at 208-484-6605 or Frances at 208-407-2260.

It depends on your goals. For general wellness and stress management, once a month is a great starting point. For chronic pain or injury recovery, every 1–2 weeks may be recommended initially. Eric will suggest a personalized schedule based on your needs.

Swedish massage uses long, flowing strokes with lighter pressure — ideal for relaxation and stress relief. Deep tissue targets the deeper layers of muscle and fascia with slower, more focused pressure — best for chronic tension, knots, and pain relief. Eric often blends both techniques based on your needs.
